Emily leads client experience at Aristocrat Detailing Kansas. She came on full-time at the start of Q2 the year after the Lenexa shop opened — and she's the reason every booking actually shows up on the calendar correctly, every confirmation lands before drop-off, and no client gets the run-around between quote and key-handoff.

The first voice most clients hear

Most Aristocrat clients first hear back from Emily after they request a quote. She runs the booking flow end-to-end: confirms the vehicle, schedules the right window for the package, pulls the relevant photos for the record, and makes sure the confirmation goes out before drop-off. Clear communication, no surprises, the same point of contact through the job.

Emily isn't a desk-only operator. Like everyone else on the team, she details vehicles. Aristocrat is a small family-run shop — the same handful of people sell, schedule, and execute the work — and she's part of all three.

Family-run, KC-rooted

Emily is married to co-founder Connor Diggs, the shop's Lead Installer. She's a Kansas City native — born and raised in town, like Connor and his father Jeff. Aristocrat Detailing Kansas is run entirely by KC locals who've lived here their whole lives. There's no franchise overlay, no contractor network, no off-shore call center. The phone, the booking system, and the bay are all the same three people.
